Paul McCobb occasional chair, by Calvin, 1950s, dark stained mahogany frame with original brown leather upholstery to seat and back, original finish with some retouch, 22.75"w x 23.5"d x 35"h, very good condition

Wear to finish on armrests with some areas where finish is completely worn off. Scuff, wear and finish loss to feet and tips of backrest. No chips or losses to wood. Scuffs, light scratches and some cracking to surface of leather. No broken straps. Leather is salvageable and may benefit from reinforcement underneath. Chair frame will probably require refinishing. Sturdy and structurally sound.
