Gold Masonic medal with engraved reverse "Presented to Wor. Bro. Edward M. Sattler By Americus Lodge No.83 F & A.M. March 16, 1920". Medal consists of three pieces, being 1.) top bar with words "Edward M. Sattler" and enameled eye and small enameled square with words "Past Master", 2.) second bar with words "Americus (square) 83", 3.) Hanging medallion with sun and compass with small (.04ct) diamond at apex of compass. Medal measures 4" in length, weighs 23 grams and is marked "14K" on reverse.
