TWO CHINESE POTTERY PIECES: brick red free form center bowl having flowering water lilies and bud at one end of ruffled rim, the stems extending into bowl, accented in yellowish-greens, diameter 14 in., height 8 in. on hardwood stand; together with incised and hand painted shaped head rest (pillow) in floral and colorful dragon motif, 13 1/4 in. long.
Condition report609: Bowl shows crazing throughout; 3 chips/ losses just beneath flower; 1 chip/ loss at bottom of leaf below flower; no other breaks, repairs or losses.
