Revolutionary War Era Medicine Bottle

c. 1775, Revolutionary War Period, Hand-blown Glass Medicine Bottle, Choice Extremely Fine.
This is a nice quality hand-blown medical bottle from the 18th century Revolutionary War period. There is a pontil on the bottom of this piece. Measuring 4 inches long, this bottle is in good condition with no cracks or chips and having a nice light green color to the glass. A great, original piece to add to a display of early medical, bottle, or Revolutionary War collection. Similar examples can be found in Neumann and Kravic's Collector's Illustrated Encyclopedia of the American Revolution, see the illustration on page 49. Scarce, being so nice and intact.
