Page 2 news that General Pinckney had been received by the French Directory. A page 3 announcement of the publication of a bound volume of "Epistles Domestic, Confidential, and Official from General Washington"; the listing of these letters covers more than half a column, an asterisk marking those which Washington had publicly disavowed.
