Queen Victoria Jubilee Year Commemorative Plate

1887 "Victoria Queen & Empress Jubilee Year" Commemorative Plate, Choice Extremely Fine.
Gold trimmed white porcelain plate has engravings of Queen Victoria and the Prince of Wales, and iconography of the British empire in the "jubilee" year of her birth, 1887. The plate has hemispheres of the globe, outlining the British Empire in red, coat of arms for colonies such as India, Australia, Canada, and Cape Colony, vignettes of voyagers, and statistics on the empire. Plate is rubbed along the gilt edges, and the back has a patent number: "63164." Overall a wonderful display item.
