Glass and Porcelain
Beautiful circa 1897 Queen Victoria Ceramic Jug

c. 1897, Queen Victoria Ceramic Jug, Choice Near Mint.
This is an original, large 9" high x 6" wide, colorful cobalt blue, brown and ochre glazed jug that has exquisite bas relief busts of England's Queen Victoria. This ceramic jug is inscribed with raised lettering: "Dei Gratia. Victoria. Queen & Empress. 1837-1897. 'She Wrought Her People Lasting Good.'" This brown-banded jug also features decorative blue and white floral sculpted highlights. The handle has probably been restored. An outstanding historical Queen Victoria ceramic display item.
