7.5" x 5.2" uncolored handout on blue-green paper is toned evenly, and has crisp, dark printing, with a cartoon by "Art Young" depicting a "Suffragist" standing at a chalkboard quizzing an "Anti-Suffragist": "How can this be a 'Government of the People and By the People' If - Only 1/2 of the People Vote?" Part of the text below the cartoon includes a quote from Abraham Lincoln: "You can fool all the people part of the time; you can fool part of the people all of the time; but you can't fool all of the people all of the time..." The rest of the text reads: "New York will discover in 1915 how many people are still fooled by bogey objections to Woman Suffrage." Interesting suffragist broadside from the early 20th century.
