Presenting a turn of the century souvenir Indian, probably Iroquois native, hand beaded large pin cushionin a Victorian boot shape. Great design, great condition! So much attention has been given in the making of the detail of this handsewn beaded cushion. Featues a cat and bird in a tree. At the turn of the 20th century, Iroquois men and women crafted beadwork souvenirs in the Niagara Falls area and the St. Lawrence River Valley. The measurements are 7" length and 10" width at widest point and 2 1/4" in thickness at center C. 1900. ... includes certificate that this lot came from the Estate of Louise Mondani Graham, owner of the Brass Bugle Antique Barn in Cornwall Bridge CT.
