Very nice Antique Swing Out model, 17J Illinois Pocket Watch. Gold Filled Case, Runs Well and Keeps Time. Movement reads Double Roller, Adjusted, Illinois Springfied Watch Co., 17 Jewels, Serial Number 2989406 which would date this pocket watch to about 1916. Nice and thin, stem set and wind. Measures 1.75"Complete Price Guide to Watches 005 by Cooksey Shugart pg. 269 ... includes certificate that this lot came from the Estate of Louise Mondani Graham, owner of the Brass Bugle Antique Barn in Cornwall Bridge CT.
