Art Deco Tiffany & Co. solid 14k yellow gold make up case compact. The case hs a textured grain pattern in the center with a woven pattern border. The case has one bezel set, oval cabochon sapphire on the catch. Inside the case there is a mirror on one side and two closable compartments on the other. Under the lid of the right compartment is stamped 14k 75 Tiffany & Co. The top left corner of the front of the case has the initials MGB engraved vertically. The piece is approximately 3" by 2 1/2". The case has a high polish finish, is in very good condition and weighs aproximately 89.40 grams. The medium blue sapphire is approximately 5.00 x 3.50mm.Accompanied by appraisal certificate from Harrison Newsome Jewelers. ... includes certificate that this lot came from the Estate of Louise Mondani Graham, owner of the Brass Bugle Antique Barn in Cornwall Bridge CT.
