Christian Peder Morch Zacho (Denmark, 1843-1913) 10 1/2" x 13 1/2" oil on wood panel of a coastal scene with castle. Signed lower left "C.Z." and dated "87". Christian Zacho studied under E.H. Goldberg and H.F. Hetsch. He attended the Royal Academy Copenhagen where he studied and lived with P.C. Skovgaard. Member and Professor at the Royal Academy of Art Council. His works can be found in museums throughout the world. Fine listed artist. Fine condition. EST. $800. - $1400.
