Imperial Russian Silver & Enamel Kovsh by Lebedev.

Unusual Imperial Russian silver-gilt plique-a-jour and cloisonne enamel kovsh. Moscow, circa 1900. Traditional form with gorgeous decoration of stylized flowers and foliate scrolls. Handle of the kovsh made with cloisonne enamel in green, red, white, light blue and navy blue, plique-a-jour bowl of the kovsh in yellow, red, green, blue and navy blue, please see illustrations. Fully marked on the back "NL" in Russian for Nikita Lebedev (Postnikova-Loseva pl# 2733,page 222, two silver items by the same maker in the collection of Russian state historical museum in Moscow), 84 silver standard. Size:3.1/2" or 9cm. long, 2" or 5cm. diameter of the bowl, weighted 46gr. or 1.5oz. Excellent condition, free of damages. Absolutely stunning delicate piece! High quality very rare example !
