Ornate 1759 Brass Prussian Military Theme Tobacco Box Commemorating the Victory at the Battle of Minden

1759, Frederick the Great Prussian Military Tobacco Box, Brass, Choice Very Fine.
This ornately detailed 6.25" long by 1.75" wide by slightly over 1" high. Made with stamped brass tops and bottoms and plain copper sides. Made specifically to honor Frederick the Great of Prussia and to commemorate the British and German victory at the Battle of Minden. Some old quality repair to one of the corners, otherwise, this piece is in excellent working condition. It is suitable for museum display with both the top and the bottom sides having great images, including a large image of Frederick The Great and a neat battle scene on the bottom.
