1795 Pennsylvania North American Land Company Grant

February 20, 1795, Partially-Printed (on its face side) Document and Manuscript Document (on the reverse) in the same hand on the back, fine-laid paper, 13.25" x 8.25", Fine.
This item is an official Pennsylvania Land Grant for 400 acres and adjoining land of William Crabb. This Land Grant document is also docketed with the names of James Crabbe and John Nicholson. Although there is some chipping and dampstaining to the right side, and edge pieces lacking, likely where this was originally sealed and torn to open and is very easy to read as these imperfections do not impair much of the text. The manuscript portion on the back and the partially-printed document may also be in the hand of John Nicholson. A highly unusual North American Land Company form.
