Civil War Photograph of 2nd Rhode Island Regiment

1861, Original Civil War Photograph, Soldiers of the 2nd Rhode Island Regiment, Very Fine.
This original Civil War photograph depicts 4 Union soldiers in front of their camouflaged tent, with a couple others peeking out from inside the tent. This appears to be an impromptu photograph, taken in the field, though there is no indication of the location. This image is identified on the back of the matte as the 2nd Rhode Island (probably Infantry), with "taken in 1861" in parenthesis. The actual image is printed on thin paper, now wrinkled with age, though no cracks or tears are evident. A great Civil War photograph, the attribution of which could probably be confirmed by a Civil War specialist.
