Lot of Two Choice Silk Presidential Campaign Ribbons Two Silk Presidential Campaign Ribbons, Benjamin Harrison and William McKinley. 1. 1892 Benjamin Harrison Silk Presidential Campaign Ribbon, Choice Near Mint condition. Sullivan-Fischer BH-96. 3.5" x 1.5," woven using black, blue, red, and white threads. Glued down to a paper backing. A bearded Harrison appears above an eagle and bunting; the White House appears at the bottom. The legends read "BENJAMIN HARRISON / REPUBLICAN CANDIDATE / FOR PRESIDENT 1892." Ex: EAHA Auction, December 13, 2003, Lot 1471, where it sold for $201. 2. 1900 William McKinley - Theodore Roosevelt Silk Campaign Ribbon and Pin, Very Fine or better. Sullivan-Fischer WBM-225, 7" x 2.75," printed in black and brown ink on cream-colored silk. A nice, gold, red, white and blue jugate pin is attached to the top of the ribbon. This must be a rare combination as we've never seen the pin or the ribbon either individually or together. Ex: EAHA Auction, December 13, 2003, Lot 1472, where it sold for $201.
