Moore, Henry, Original Ceramic Sculpture Relief

This incredibly stunning white porcelain relief is unlike any other sculpted piece by Henry Moore.  His work typically exemplifies the bronze medium, however, with this Rosenthal ceramic, it incorporates a lightness and serenity that is absent in his weighty bronzes.  The elegant relief against the surface of this white plain allows for a textured, varied effect throughout. 

Featuring an embossed signature in the lower center of the ceramic and numbered 50/9.

About the Framing:
Beautifully custom-framed to fit the unique, circular shape of the exterior of the ceramic.  It has been mounted in a recessed frame, allowing the surface of the ceramic extend into the surface of the moulding.  It is featured in a sleek, black, wood circular frame.
