PHILLIP SHERIDAN, Union Army General.
Autograph Letter Signed "P.H. Sheridan", in dark ink, July 18, 1882, Chicago, IL, doublesided sheet, 5" x 6.5", hinged to a larger card, 8.5" x 6", Choice Very Fine. Routine content, addressed to "My dear Strong," regarding a photograph by "Mosher." Aside from the slight staining around the edges, this item is in excellent condition.
