A report dealing with War related concerns such as the sale of liquor to soldiers and disloyal newspaper articles. 9.50" x 24". "...In a moral, political, and legal point of view it is the duty of every good citizen, and especially of those conducting the newspaper press, to abstain from doing that which may distract the public councils or lead the enemy to believe that we are divided in opinion on the subject of war, or the necessity of carrying it on with vigor to a final consummation."
