8" x 5," printed on the front of two pages of ruled writing paper, meant to be used as a sort of Patriotic letterhead. McClellan appears in a full-length, Napoleonic pose, one hand tucked neatly inside his coat, the other behind his back. Printed by J. Magee of Philadelphia.
