1886-1888, G.A.R. Silk Ribbons, Lot of 2, New York, Choice Very Fine.
1. "3rd ANNUAL ENCAMPMENT S. OF V. NEW YORK DIVISION," 1886, 5.25" x 1.9", black print on cream-colored silk, moderate staining and wear along top and bottom edges. 2. "5th ANNUAL ENCAMPMENT OF THE N.Y. STATE DIVISION S. OF V." 1888, red print on cream silk, toned with little fringing at top and bottom, 6.25" x 1.9". Two nice mementos from late 19th century gatherings of New York Union soldiers. (2 items)
