Francis Marion "The Swamp Fox" 1858 Print: "Fran' Marion," Published by Johnson, Fry & Co., NY, Choice Extremely Fine. Uncolored engraving, 7.25" x 5.75" image on 10.75" x 8.2" sheet. Featuring a horseman in uniform and carrying a sword (Francis Marion) followed by two other soldiers galloping through the woods. Taken from "the original picture by Chappel," this is a finely executed print, with very minor stains along the extreme left edge. Early American will accept payment by check or credit card.
