Ulysses Grant Mourning Card Depicting Civil War Medal

1885, Ulysses S. Grant Mourning Card, Very Fine.
This 3 section card unfolds to reveal an engraved portrait of Ulysses S Grant, with a facsimile of his signature below. The front panel has black borders at the top and bottom, with "In Memoriam" and a dove in silver, in the center. The inside panel has an embossed color illustration of a Civil War medal, in bronze, suspended by an American flag. The back panel has a long inscription outlining Grant's life and career, all within black borders at the top and bottom. This card is in nice condition, particularly inside, with some light soiling on the outside. A fine piece of Grant memorabilia.
