"I AM OPPOSED TO WOMAN'S SUFFRAGE"

c. 1915, An American Woman Signs "Anti-Suffrage" Card, Near New.
3" x 5" plain card has a printed declaration in large letters: "I AM OPPOSED TO WOMAN'S SUFFRAGE"--signed by a woman! No date or place identified, but the woman's street address and a union printer's label (Concord, NH) are present. During the early 20th century, with the Suffrage Movement in full swing, there were organized resistance groups which were not shy about collecting the names and addresses of women who opposed the vote. Rare!

Early American will accept payment by check or credit card.
