"The Old Folk's Candidate For Congress" Advertising Note

1950, $100 "Vote For Elect William J. Curry," Election Advertising Note, Crisp Extremely Fine.
The $100 note measures 3.5" x 7.5" by sight, and has been framed to an overall size of 6" x 9.5". The note's face reads, "Vote For Elect William J. Curry for Congressman, 100 Help Curry Help You..." The reverse describe Curry's platform. "A Vote For WILLIAM J. CURRY Is A Vote For You. The Old Age Pensioners are the most forgotten people in America. It is 100% American to fight for their right to receive Old Age Pension of at least $100.00 per month, without surrendering their farms, homes, insurance policies and small savings accounts." William J. Curry ended up losing the seat of the 10th Congressional District to the incumbent Thomas A Jenkins.
