1836 Signed & Dated Colorful Jacquard Coverlet

Red, Blue, and Green Jacquard Coverlet, Inscribed: "Henry Brehm Womelsdorf 1836 J. Kutz," Fine.
This original, highly colorful jacquard coverlet is woven with red, blue, and green floral and geometric designs, and is "signed" and dated in woven threads reading: "HENRY BREHM WOMELSDORF 1836 J*KUTZ". This nice example has a restitched center seam and has some small losses to the fringes and the top edge. Overall, it is a good example for collecting and display.
