Treaty of Neuilly-sur-Seine.- Pen used by Cecil Harmsworth to sign the Treaty of Neuilly-sur-Seine on behalf of the British Government, [27 November 1919]; and 2 others comprising the Ordre de Jour, signed by Clemenceau and Frank L. Poel and a delegation card made out to Harmsworth, v.s., 1919(3)***The Treaty of Neuilly-sur-Seine, held as part of the Peace Conference in France after the First World War. This treaty dealt with Bulgaria after its defeat as one of the Central Powers during the war. It established new borders between Bulgaria, Turkey, Greece and the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes with Bulgaria ceding the most land.
