3pp. & 2 envelopes, 8vo, Savile Club, Penns in the Rocks, Withyham, Sussex & The Chantry House, Steyning, Sussex, 24th April - 15th November [1933], on the Cuala Press, "The Cuala Industry has now been turned into a limited as with F R Higgins [poet, 1896-1941], my wife, my sister & my self on the board. At a meeting... it was decided to pay you five percent on your loan from the date on which the new company was formed. I had hoped to return some portion of your most generous loan at once, but that did not seem possible. I hope what we have done will be acceptable to you"; and a cartoon by Mac of "AE" and Yeats passing each other in the street, folds(6 pieces)
