Jolas (Eugene, editor) Transition, nos.21, 22 & 26 only, illustrations, no.21 signed by Desmond Harmsworth on upper cover, The Hague, Servire Press, and New York, 1932-37, the first browned, some of the rest a little water-stained, all original printed wrappers, rather browned, worn and stained, [Slocum & Cahoon B10, C65 & C70], 8vo***The first has contributions by Samuel Beckett, Marcel Brion, Robert McAlmon, John Rodker and William Carlos Williams; the letters of protest at the end are supposed to have been written by Joyce himself.
