one of 75 copies, inscribed by the authors to Emilie Harmsworth (the dedicatee) "Em with fond love from the Authors C and Bud Christmas 1922" on front free endpaper, printed in red and black, Dun Emer device facing title, very slightly browned, original cloth-backed boards, uncut, with the original publisher's dust-jacket (upper wrapper with title in blue crayon and stained, soiled), [Miller p.128], 8vo, Dublin, Cuala Press, privately printed for the authors, 1922.

***This book was printed when the Press was undergoing financial hardship. "The growing difficulties which beset the Press are highlighted by the fact that no book was finished between April 1922 and July 1923. However, these were partly offset by some of the most extensive private printing commissions undertaken at Cuala, seventy five copies of Holiday Verses by Cecil and Desmond Harmsworth, with forty pages of text and a preliminary eight in the regular Cuala format and binding..."
