engraved additional pictorial title, P1 with very small repaired hole affecting part of 2 letters on recto and 2 whole letters on verso, the latter supplied in early ink, in both instances no loss of sense of text, handsome contemporary richly gilt vellum with large central arms of ?Prince Agostino Chigi to covers, arms enclosed within wide and elaborate borders, spine in compartments, upper compartment with neat contemporary ink title, g.e., tiny chip to upper compartment, 12mo, Lisbon, Henrico Valente de Oliveira, 1659.
