Provenance: stamp of VladimirTatlin on title page. previously unrecorded prospectus for the futurist book. This pamphlet contains Burliuk's and Kamenskii's essays on the Futurist Khlebnikov (1885-1922) with two drawings by Burliuk including his famous portrait of the maverick poet. Khlebnikov and Aleksei Kruchenykh were arguably the most radical poets of the Futurists in inventing zaum, a "transrational" language.
