Original linoleum cut gray wrappers designed by I. N. Pleschinskii. Preface by the collective's secretary P. E. Kornilov. Condition: two small rubber stamps and light pencil marks to back wrapper as usual. number 1 of only 50 copies. With original tipped-in linoleum cuts, lithographs, drypoints and a woodcut by members of the avant-garde Vsadnik group, P. Korilov, V. Vilkovskaya, A. Platunova, D. Fedorov, S. Fedotov and K. Chebotarev. The most important painter of the group was Chebotarev, the husband of Platunova. His work was eventually branded bourgeois and reactionary and he died in obscurity.
