Condition: wrappers lightly discolored, repair to verso of fold. unusual futurist musical composition. The composer is given as "M. Futuristov." The cover of this odd sheet music reproduces Goncharova's famous 1913 portrait of her companion and fellow Futurist Mikhail Larionov. Not in MoMA, Getty, BM or NYPL.
