[Nizhnii Novgorod]: OGIZ, 1931. 52 pp., 8vo (178 x 125 mm). Title page and introduction leaf in red and black. Original two-color Constructivist wrappers designed by N. Ilin who also designed the interior. Edited by Boris Mikhailovich Volin, Boris Riurikov and Nikolai Biriukov. Condition: wrappers slightly soiled with minor creasing; backstrip rubbed with slight loss. A collection of proletarian poems concerning the Krasnoe Sormovo Factory No. 12 that produced steam locomotives as well as armored trains and carriages and naval weapons during the Russian Civil War. Ilin was a student of Lissitzky and continued similar experiments with type and graphic design in the Constructivist style. One of 3000 copies.
