Condition: the silvered paper loosely inserted and with small chips from the outer margins; some dicoloration, light soiling. authorized edition of this controversial publication. One of 2000 copies. It is filled with multi-colored photogravures, foldouts, die cuts, acetate overlays, maps and diagrams. But it was banned. Stalin had eliminated many of the local party commissars during his Purges.
