This was a crucial issue during the reconstruction of Russia after the devastation of the Revolution and the subsequent Civil War. Chapters consider the necessity of sleep and the chemical changes in the body during fatigue and recommend a work rhythm for improved productivity. Not in MoMA, Getty, BM or NYPL.
