Moscow, 1919. one of 30 copies signed by the artist in ink. Lidya Zharova attended VKhUTEMAS and evidently produced this handome suite of linocuts while still a student there. She later married the Constructivist movie poster artist Aleksandr Naumov (1898-1928). She became a costume designer for films and worked on Sergei Eisenstein's incomplete Ivan the Terrible (1946).
