Final Operations plan from library of astronaut Charles Conrad, originally purchased from Odyssey during the 1990s. They had Conrad sign and annotate manual. Alan Bean's signature & annotation added by purchaser at a public signing later. Scarce original manual on surface operations signed by the two 'Moon Walkers' from this mission. 1997 Odyssey receipt & Certificate of Authenticity, 2005 letter of provenance.
