Complete on a metal reel in original plastic protective case without NASA label on top. Shot from the SIMBAY camera (film type 2422), this roll shows the lunar surface as seen from the Command Module. Film magazines had to be retrieved via EVA by astronaut Ken Mattingly on the return trip to Earth. This is roll 14 of 18 rolls shot (frames 5230-5319). Canister lid marks note that this is Dup negative, second generation, T71-35p-9806.
