A single two-sided sheet, 7 1/2"x10 1/2" in size, being Page 8-7 & 8-8 from the Lunar Surface Checklist, and deals with what to do in the event of various malfunctions. This is an authentic page taken from the Apollo 17 lunar surface flown malfunction checklist with part number: SKB32100127 and serial number: 1001. This checklist was in the possession of Apollo 17 Commander Eugene Cernan, and was originally disposed of by him through his agent Kim Poor of Novaspace (Phoenix, Arizona). 2006 Certificate of Authenticity from the Spaceflori Corporation, headed by Florian Noller, internationally known space memorabilia expert. Notarized copies along with translations from the German of all documentation related to this flown checklist page included along with CD picturing Apollo 17 checklists. A rare opportunity to acquire an actual item flown to the Moon's surface on the last manned lunar mission 36 years ago. Pristine condition.
