Incredible and UNIQUE secondary prep school physics lab book titled 'DIRECTED STUDIES FOR THE PHYSICS LABORATORY' from the mid-1930s, with 16 autographs in pencil (including cover) of a young John F. Kennedy! This lab book was used by 17-year-old JFK between November 1934 and March 1935 when he was a student attending Choate Rosemary Hall as a senior. Kennedy signs his full name (some neatly, others not), with middle initial, near the top of each page (he once signed his last name first). Not only is the book signed many times, but many of the problems and procedures have been completed in Kennedy's own hand in pencil. Book also signed by Kennedy's lab partner, K. LeMoyne ('Lem' Billings), Kennedy's lifelong friend who even had his own room at the White House and advised Jackie on redecorating! Book is three-ring green binder with blank pages as well. JFK's 16 signatures have been authenticated by PSA/DNA (Certificate #H43237). An amazing museum-quality piece that has been in a private collection for decades. It likely will not be offered again for many years.
