25th anniversary of Pearl Harbor commemorative cover, signed by Husband E. Kimmel, Commander and Chief of the Pacific Fleet & Captain Mitsuo Fuchida, who led the air attack on Pearl Harbor. Both signed in Blue fountain pen ink, Fuchida signed in both English & Japanese & added: 'Luke 23:34' after his signature. Beautiful cover with United Nations logo in pale blue at left & typed dates of Pearl Harbor & 25th Anniversary. Both signatures are quite rare. Very fine. (2008 PSA/DNA COA)
