Typed 6"x8" document on pre-printed form signed by Maryia Ulyanova in violet ink. Document verifies authority of three Bolshevik inspectors (named in document) to inspect work of Agricultural Research Institute. She was clearly a figure of importance in early Soviet Union. Very scarce autograph. Some paper splitting along folds with vertical fold affecting first letter of signature.
