Heart shaped medallion with original necklace. The medallion bears an engraving of Elvis playing the guitar with floating music notes and his signature on the bottom right side. On the back inscription reads 'Sincerely Yours, Elvis Presley' and also bears the copyright '1956 Elvis Presley Enterprises All Rights Reserved.' Very good quality.
