1940s-50s OVERSIZED ANN SHERIDAN PHOTOS

Lot of four oversized (10"X13" to 11"x14") vintage photographs of 1940s actress and pin-up Ann Sheridan. Although all appear to be original, only two have markings on the back indicating them as such. First, a relaxed pose with a cat, by WB photographer Scotty Welbourne. This photograph was taken concurrently with her performance in 'Wings For the Eagle' in 1942; it carries Welbourne's stamp, is borderless and in Very Good condition. The second definite original is a portrait by Ernest Bachrach taken later in her career in 1952; this somewhat austere portrait carries Bachrach's blind stamp in the lower-right corner, no markings on back, and is Fine to Very Fine. The other 2 are also portrait style, likely from the early 1940s. All photos are double-weight, gelatin silver, glossy except for Bachrach's portrait, which is matte. Ann Sheridan fans should find this vintage photo lot intriguing.
