1960-70 TOPPS 1970 STARTER SET W/ OTHER VARIOUS

A hodge-podge of Topps cards from 1960s, plus a starter set from 1970. Includes 140 cards from the gray-bordered 1970 Topps issue; almost all commons, with a few exceptions including the Thurman Munson rookie star card (#189, NM) and several of the Sporting News All-Star cards (Yastrzemski, Jackson, Rose, McCovey, Carew, to name a few, all EX-MT or higher). Also found a near set of the 1969 'Deckled Edge' cards, with only #4 (Yaz), 5 & 14 missing; this partial set is VG-EX to NM (Clemente is EX+). Other cards include 34 cards from the 1969 Topps set, almost entirely either Rookie Stars cards or other leaders (i.e. multi-player) cards, again EX and higher. The remaining batch range mostly from 1960 to '67, with varying qualities, plus just a couple 'beaters' from before 1960. With the exception of a 1962 Topps #73 Nellie Fox (VG), almost all of the pre-1967 cards are commons. All grades approximate. Great vintage starter collection.
