Nine signed items from Giants, most played only while team was in New York. 'The Say Hey Kid' Willie Mays is only one of group to also play in San Francisco; Mays signed a B&W 8"x10" photo in black sharpie. Other Giants signers include HOF pitcher Carl Hubbell (on Exhibit card in pencil); HOF pitcher Rube Marquard (3"x5" card in blue felt tip); '51 Pennant hero Bobby Thomson (5"x7" B&W photo in blue ballpoint); the other 5 are all 3"x5" index cards: turn of the (20th) century player Larry Doyle (black ballpoint); Bill Skowron (blue ballpoint); Sal Maglie (red felt tip); Gus Mancuso (black ballpoint); and Danny Gardella, early challenger of baseball's reserve clause (blue ballpoint).
