A tidy selection of nine autographed 3"x5" index cards, all by New York Yankee players during the team's five decades long run of success (1920s through '60s). Five Hall-of-Famers including two managers: Joe McCarthy (blue ballpoint) and Casey Stengel (blue ballpoint, with the inscription "NY Mets Hall of Famer"); along with cards from HOF pitcher Lefty Gomez (blue felt tip), Earle Combs (black ballpoint) and Yogi Berra (black sharpie). Also found here, a tough signature from catcher Elston Howard (blue ballpoint), plus autographs by Hank Bauer (blue ballpoint), Vic Raschi ('Best Regards' in black sharpie) and Tom Tresh (blue fountain). All in all, an eclectic selection of Yankee player autographs from their various dynasties. (2008 PSA/DNA COA)
